Collin is currently an active-duty US Army officer. He graduated Cum Laude from Campbell University with an undergrad degree in Trust & Wealth Management and an MBA. A former Division 1 athlete (wrestling) Collin's focus is on putting in the work required to help clients realize their goals and meet their short and long-term needs.

Doug has been professionally involved in real estate and technology for the last 25+ years of his professional career holding leadership positions in the travel, financial, and services sectors. He has led large strategic initiatives as an owner, consultant, and service provider.

A US Air Force veteran, Doug's focus is around helping people and developing a lasting entity with his family.

Are you going to list my house on MLS or are you actually buying it?

We don't list houses on the MLS because we aren't agents. We are professional house buyers, and we will either buy the house ourselves or work within our network of other investors/buyers to help find the right deal.

Will you give me a fair price?

Absolutely! We make our offers based off a few simple criteria and give you a fair offer, so you can get what your house is worth.

The whole process is fast, simple and easy to understand. On top of all that, you don't have to wait on financing, deal with fixing the property yourself and deal with showing after showing, you pay ZERO commissions or fees.

There's no need to wait to sell your house the standard way that involves you paying different people loads of fees and then waiting months to close on the deal. Just contact us and we'll get back to you ASAP!

How do you decide what to give me for my property?

This is super simple and we're totally transparent:

• Rooms and square-footage

• What condition your house is in right now.

• What repairs are needed to bring your house up to speed

Do you charge any fees or commissions?

No. We don't charge ANY fees or demand any commissions. We even cover closing costs most of the time.

Our goal is to get you what your house is worth without you paying any money out-of-pocket. You're selling... why should you be paying?

What makes you different from real estate agents?

Real estate agents list your property and then wait for someone to buy it (which takes 1-3 months on average) and then take a % of what it sells for and leave you to pay any commissions, fees, and closing costs.

We give you an offer and don't charge any fees or commissions? We can also leverage more non-traditional processes to help solve your situation where those approaches are applicable.
